Return Shipping of Quilts

Quilts shipped domestically (USA) with pre-paid return shipping will be sent via Fed Ex Ground starting Monday, July 23rd,following the show. Multiple quilts will be sent together as one shipment when possible. Quilts are shipped Fed Ex Ground, SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Return Shipping UPS Signature Required is a $4.00 fee you must prepay. If you choose to have your quilts delivered without a signature, you will need to send a written notice stating it is ok to ship without signature required, or to initial that portion of the electronic registration form that indicates you are waiving signature required. 

CQS is NOT be responsible for quilts after they have been delivered and left at your address.

$100 Shipping Insurance is included in the $16 shipping fee. Any additional insurance is optional (your choice) and also must be prepaid. All quilts will be return shipped by Wednesday, July 25th, following the show. If you pre-paid for return shipping for a quilt that is sold, we will refund your shipping when we send your payment for the quilt.

July 22nd, 2018 at 10AM – 2PM

 

Quilt Pick-Up Date -- All quilts need to be picked up by this date and time unless other arrangements are made. Please make sure you have your receipt slip for pick-up. Coburg Quilt Show is not responsible for quilts that are not picked up or other arrangements made to do so. Please contact Show Coordinator to make other arrangements if your unable to pick up that day at CoburgQuiltShow@gmail.com, or call Sew Steady 541-653-9121. 

Quilt Exhibitor Release Agreement: I hereby agree to hold harmless the Coburg Quilt Show, Coburg Community Charter School, Coburg Community Grange, City of Coburg, as well as any commercial enterprise taking part in the 2018 Coburg Quilt Show for any damages, loss or theft occurring to any quilt(s) entered in the show. I understand the Quilt Committee will take all reasonable precautions to care for my quilt(s). The Committee also has the right to show the quilts in the area they deem best and reserve the right to refuse any quilt that is not suitable for the event. I hereby give permission to the Coburg Quilt Show to photograph my quilt(s) for use in promotional and fundraising events at the discretion of the Committee.
